Downtown renters recall gas explosion (Bozeman Daily Chronicle)

On March 5, 2009, Mollie McKiernan was standing outside of her East Mendenhall Street apartment, getting ready to go to work. Her truck was idling, and she had stepped out of the cab to go back for something she’d forgotten when a building just south of her apartment exploded.
